Heavy Rains in Denver Area Cause Cancellation of all Games Sunday

Lakewood, CO  The Colorado Aces, and the NABA as a whole, have not had good luck with Mother Nature in this young season.  Their game against the Buffalos on April 26th was Postponed due to rain and that is the second consecutive week they have had their game cancelled due to weather.

No Make-up date has been posted by the league for either of the rainouts but historically NABA will schedule them for Saturdays in July or early August.  Manager Eric Meyer has said he is going to try and set up some practices because in addition to the two rainouts, the Aces have a Bye next week, and are off for Mother's day on May 10th.  This means that by the time they take the field on May 17th, they will not have played a game in an entire month.  At their age, this could pose some rusting problems.

Practice schedules will be posted here and on the Colorado Aces Facebook page when the dates and times are determined.
